Our last day together as a group. We said goodbye to the Atlantic while Rene and Vicki figured how to load the bus just right for dropping people off this afternoon in Boston at various locations.

Then we drove back to Boston and to the USS Constitution. First launched in 1797, the USS Constitution is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world.

Here we picked up a Boston tour guide who took us on a 2 hour driving tour of Boston.
In the distance you can see the Zakim-Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. The Boston Marathon runs across that bridge.

In Boston Public Gardens you find the statues from the book, "Make Way For Duckings".
|
|
|
|
The New England Holocaust Memorial. Inside the 6 glass towers are etched the names of the 6,000,000 Jews murdered by the Nazis in WWII.

They dropped us off at Quincy Market for lunch and browsing before we headed to the airport.
|

The tour bus dropped us at Logan International Airport, then we took the shuttle to the Hilton Airport Hotel - our "home" for 2 nights.
