The shower was great fun! First we played a couple games.
Susan had covered 10 spice cans with paper and we had to guess what spices they were.
Patty definitely knew her spices - got all 10 and won a prize!

Next, we played "How well do you know Laurie?"
Again, Patty won, but since she had already won a prize the next prize went to 2nd place: Sean's mom, Barb!
|
|
Then we got into the gifts! Everyone was assigned a time of day - from 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
Jayna did a great job collecting all the bows and ribbons and making Laurie's rehearsal bouquet.
Laurie only broke 2 ribbons - both on Grandma Hane's package.
Grandma told her that meant she would have twins!

Susan gave Laurie the 10 cans of spices from our game, explaining she can use the spices in crockpot cooking because everyone receives a crockpot as a wedding gift.
