Barb & Steve's trip to Illinois

Barb & Steve flew to Illinois to visit family
and attend the wedding of Steve's nephew,
Adam Lamore, to Debi VanMill.
|
|
We flew into Peoria, which was sure less mess than Chicago O'Hare!
Steve parent's met us and we went to Darel house for a tour.
|
|
|
|
Darel took us to a great bar-b-que place on the river for dinner.
|
|
|
|
|
Then we drove back to Kankakee to visit and attend Adam and Debi's wedding.
|
|
|
The night before the wedding, Vern & Cindy, took us out for dinner. We celebrated Don's 81st birthday!
|
|
|
|
|
The day after the wedding, Cindy & Vern had the family over for a cookout at their home.
|
|
Steve helped his mom make potato salad for the cookout.
Now be sure you don't eat that before the cookout, Steve!

We just needed their brother, Gus, but he and Gwen couldn't join us since they were back in Grand Junction.

Don & Mary Jane drove us back to Peoria. We made dinner at Darel & Shannon's house. The next day we flew back home. It was sure fun to see everyone!
