Summer 2001 Rolls to an End

In addition to the Sublette Family Reunion,
summer of 2001 brought a few other visitors to Sublette Ranch as well.
|
|
|
Barb's niece, Emily Farner, came over for a weekend.
|
|
|
 |
Barb's sister, Louise Farner, came over for Labor Day weekend. In addition to attending the Western Slope Rodeo Campionships, we attended the Ouray County Fair 4H stock show.
Neighbor, Leslie Laird, took champion with her steer, Clyde, and her horse, Ginger (in the background).
We took Louise and Duffer fishing at Ridgway State Park. |

After the rodeo, Steve took the Hane sisters to the dance at the fire house.
|

|
End of summer, fall arrived in it's colorful glory!
|
|
|
Another drive over Owl Creek Pass rewarded us with gorgeous views of fall colors!
