Barb's Birthday

Before flying to Cancun to celebrate Barb's 50th birthday we stayed with Shannon, Darel, Chase & Jacob.
|
|
Steve's parents sent us his "antique" electric train. Steve decided to give it to Chase and Jacob.
He and Chase set it up in the basement to see if it still worked after 60 years!
|
|
|
We also had fun taking the boys fishing.
(Cheetos and hotdogs helped - with the boys, but not the fish!)
|
|
|
|
Darn it, the fish weren't biting! So we headed to Shannon's parents' dairy
and Chase showed us the new spring babies!
|
|
|
|
|
Darel gave us an early morning ride to DIA to catch our 7:00am flight to Cancun.

After a great week in Cancun, Darel picked us up at DIA for another couple days with the Sublettes.
Shannon baked Grandma Barb's favorite birthday cake - angel food - and we had a fun birthday party!
